The rooms at Pavilionsurf&Lodge are cozy and comfortable, with a laid-back and beachy vibe. I loved the ones with a sea view, waking up to the sound of the waves was absolutely amazing. The private entrance and air conditioning in the quadruple room were a bonus too.
Some might not enjoy the shared bathrooms, but hey, it's a backpacker's place and I didn't mind at all!

Nice staff, very clean rooms. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Again, the hotel was within walking distance of Suzugamine. Moreover, there was a free Wi-Fi. We recommend this venue.

The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the bay and providing a beautiful backdrop for sunset and sunrise. I also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen in the hotel, allowing me to cook my own meals and save some money. the nearby 7-11 and onsen made it easy to grab any necessities or relax after a long day.
The room I stayed in was quite warm and had a slightly unpleasant smell when I first entered. It would have been nice if the hotel provided slippers to navigate between the kitchen, shower, and room, as I had to constantly take off and put on my shoes.

This place is so convenient! They even have a shuttle service. I had a blast hiking and enjoying the beach. The shared facilities were top-notch, and the free bike rentals were. well, flat tire included. 🚲🙄
Oh, the noise from the main road was music to my ears. 🎶 Couldn't sleep without hearing those cars passing by every few seconds.

Great value for money, the room was clean and the staff were kind and spoke English. The location was beautiful, with stunning sea and mountain views. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even offered to pick us up from the train station.
Breakfast delights: The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The beachside location was perfect for walks along the shore and collecting shells. the surf shop nearby had everything we needed and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to have a convenience store and restaurants within walking distance.
The lack of lighting outside at night made it difficult to navigate to the bathroom or move around the area.

Loved the simple and relaxed atmosphere at this beachside retreat. The staff were friendly and the view of the ocean from the outdoor seating was beautiful. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, making it convenient to cook our own meals. We also enjoyed the availability of surfboards and snorkeling equipment for rent. Despite the minor drawback of the room being next to the main road, the overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and laid-back stay.
